Delivery difference between online product orders and personalized item orders

We offer shipping costs for online item orders over 150 euros, this offer cannot be applicable on "to personalize" products, only on the stock of products already available online.

How do I modify my order?

To modify or cancel an order, it is best contact us to make the modification as quickly as possible .

However, the order will no longer be modifiable if:

  • Your package is already taken care of by the carrier.
  • In this case, follow the return protocol indicated in article 10 of the General Conditions of Sale .
  • If it is a personalized or tailor-made product, already completed in its creation

Modify a pre-order item? 

  • Contact us without delay. If your product is to be made at the Manegane workshop, we will be able to modify your request after verifying the feasibility. If your pre-order is intended for subcontracted manufacturing, we must first validate the possibility of this change based on the leather and/or jewelry stocks and company protocol.
  • If the subcontracting company cannot modify the chosen color or the type of assembly, this means that this impacts all pre-orders placed. In this case, we can no longer modify.

Have my order delivered to another delivery address:

  • You can have the order delivered to someone else or have it delivered to another address. Be careful to fill in these details when ordering online.

Collect my order using Click & Collect:

  • We offer the possibility for people living nearby to pick up their order free of charge at different points that we choose together in advance.
  • Any order collected by Click & Collect will have been previously paid in full on the Manegane website.
  • You will be informed by email or telephone as soon as your order is ready and available. In the event of an emergency for delivery, contact us in advance to find a solution.

Delivery to the BAB sector (Biarritz/Anglet/Bayonne):

  • Within a reasonable perimeter defined when you place your order for collection , you can have it delivered directly to Biarritz, Bidart, Anglet and Guethary, from 45 euros of purchase on the site, for 10 euros for travel and delivery which is dedicated especially to you.

Choice of carrier:

  • We ship our packages tracked by La Poste , or by Mondial Relay if you wish with or without insurance. Additional compensation is the responsibility of the customer.
  • However, if you want another mode of transport, you can notify us by contacting us before placing the order: the shipping costs will then be recalculated at the rate in effect at the time of purchase and the method chosen.
  • We work with Mondial Relay, DPD, Chronopost, UPS, and DHL.
  • We can guide you depending on whether you want the fastest or most economical shipping.

Can I pay in installments?

  • You can make payment in several installments from 100 euros of purchase thanks to our secure banking partner Alma, see article 9 of our General Conditions of Sale .

Are there fees for payments in installments?

  • Following the considerable increase in bank fees and commissions which are applied in 2023, for payments in several installments, we are forced to readjust the service fees, the commissions are therefore partially and to the least extent , the responsibility of the customer, this amount will be announced on the payment page and you can read it here:

For payments in 2 installments: Customer fees: 0.66% per transaction (0.79% including tax)

Customer fees: 1.33% per transaction (1.59% including tax)

Customer fees: 1.98% per transaction (2.37% including tax)

Example: For a purchase of €300 paid in 2 installments:

  • you will pay €2.37 of charges
  • remains payable for Manegane: €10.77 costs
