Description
Inspired by women who marked previous decades, Manegane belts bear the name of these icons.
They are unique and handcrafted in Biarritz, one by one, with a favorite material.
These belts above all have a history, the buckles, are found through my passionate research and for some, belonged to a belt manufacturer who worked for two major French haute couture houses up to 40 years ago in back.
The leathers come from the current collections of the Manegane workshop
The belts are handmade and are designed to give a vintage and timeless look to your outfits.

Our advice for choosing your belt
- Accessory designed entirely in our Biarritz workshop
- Caramel-brown and sea green colors
- Discreet hot stamping of the riveted logo on the belt with light gold rivets
- Each buckle has its story, they could have been worn on a disco dress, or boyfriend jeans in 1980, or even manipulated in shaping workshops of the time.
Some very light marks may sometimes be present and testify to their experience, storage and history, without altering the quality. The materials from previous decades were undoubtedly of finer manufacture.

Very supple vegetable tanned cowhide leather, unlined with lubrication of the leather for a patinated effect. Vegetable leather will naturally develop a patina over time. Water green acetate buckle.

This leather belt is ideal for sizes between 34 to 40 (European size) Can be worn on the hips or at the waist depending on your size or type of clothing.

Interview
Cleaning: Nourish the leather with a moisturizing milk, for a nuanced and more sustained look or simply waterproof it. Always carry out a test on a hidden part or entrust cleaning to a specialist if in doubt.
This product must be waterproofed regularly; respect a spraying distance of at least 30 cm.
Avoid contact with damp places, protect from heat and prolonged strong light to avoid color bleeding, do not contact sunscreen.
Leather is a natural material, presenting certain aspects and reliefs such as nuances, difference in grain, just like skin. Its color and appearance are likely to evolve over time, without altering its quality.
